We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. All purchases must be returned in original condition unmarked and unscented. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse any returned good if the item has been worn or is returned after 14 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
We do not accept returns of Earrings for hygiene reasons and only accept swimwear returns if the hypo-allergenic liner is still intact.
You can make an exchange from your order for any item which will be delivered to you free of charge. After your returns have been authorised we will work out the value of your exchange and contact you if necessary.
