Fall in love with Chesca.

Valentine's day is around the corner and romance is back in our diaries.  This week's best sellers have been dresses for weddings, sometimes for the bride, and sometimes for the bridesmaid or the mother of the bride or groom  Only today, I have spoken to three excited mothers, who are looking forward to weddings this year.

Well, who can think of anything else? 

Many people have contacted me about their annual cruises into sunnier climes, and we have perfect dresses for the" captains' table" in black and the new universal favourite-steel and charcoal.  Our "fleur-de-lys" silk devoree dress has been specially flown in for pre-Christmas delivery and is now low on stock, so if you like this dress or its matching jacket and cami, which can be teamed with black or grey trousers or skirt, please place your order.   Silk outfits are made in China and we can get no more deliveries on this ,or our lace dresses with cornelli embroidery (ivory, beige, and silver)  due to the  imminence  of Chinese New year and their long holiday, until next April!

New styling  of dress and jackets ,suitable for spring and summer weddings will be  arriving by boat and aeroplane,  and photographs of these will appear on line later this month, so do look out for them.  We have favoured ivory, gold , nude and champagne colourways, some silk, some beaded, but all suitable for that special ocassion for bride, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride and groom, not forgetting that special wedding guest.  All suitable for real women, in size 12-24 , who wish to make the most (or least?) of their curves.  We even have special body shapers in our own stores or on line to wear underneath.!  and a new range of fascinators, and divine  accessories to match our outfits for that special day!

More about this later, meanwhile, prepare for the year of the dragon!

Its that time again-the holiday season, when we forget about Europe, Libya, Afghanistan and turn our thoughts to home and family!

I would like to thank all our customers, many of whom have become my friends, congratualtions to all who have shared their special ocassions with chesca and trusted us to find the perfect outfit for a perfect day.

Mind you , how can any one forget the date!  The shops are busy, the lights are twinkling and the countdown has begun.
